When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for fountain pens?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that fountain pens that have been inked are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Most of our fountain pens allow you to select your preferred nib size (Extra-Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, etc.) directly on the product page before adding it to your cart.
