Compatible with all Pilot Metropolitan with a s crew-type Piston converter. Use this Pilot converter to fill the fountain pens listed under Compatible Products with bottled ink. To fill the converter, submerge the pen nib in the bottle of ink. Then squeeze the converter to expel any air inside. Slowly release the converter while the nib is submerged to fill it with ink.
