For this new collection the rose gold or white gold nibs are handcrafted and manufactured in Florence, Italy making this pen more one of a kind. This collection offers nib sizes in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, and Stub making it a suitable choice for all preferences. Visconti also takes pride in the vacuum filled system making using your fountain pen easy and nearly mess free. This advanced filling system prevents ink from leaking out of your pen during air travel and can hold an astonishing amount of ink equivalent to 10 cartridges of ink. These pens also are equipped with a locking cap to prevent any accidental spills. Models in the Opera line are also produced in other writing formats, including the visconti opera ballpoint pen.
